A method for producing a sealing ring for a screw compressor

In reciprocating compressors, a sealing ring is usually installed on the piston to seal the gap between the piston and the cylinder mirror surface, mainly playing a sealing role. The existing compressor sealing rings mainly have two problems: installation difficulties, rapid wear, and poor sealing performance. Regarding the difficulty of installing compressor sealing rings, more and more sealing rings are being designed with an inner and outer ring structure, with corresponding grooves on both the inner and outer rings. For example, in the invention patent with application number 201310690387.3 and named \"Combination Compressor Titanium based Nano Ceramic Coating Wear resistant Sealing Ring\", the grooves on the inner and outer rings can be used to easily and quickly install the inner ring on the piston and the outer ring on the inner ring. Due to the poor stability of the connection between the inner and outer rings during the piston movement in the cylinder, the force between the piston and the cylinder wall is large. When the sealing ring adopts the inner and outer ring structure, the two are easily separated, which affects the sealing performance of the compressor and leads to the disclosure of the service life of the compressor. Regarding the sealing performance of the sealing ring, in order for the outer edge of the compressor sealing ring to closely adhere to the cylinder mirror surface, the sealing ring must obtain a certain effective elasticity, which requires the sealing ring to have a cut; If the sealing ring does not have a cut, it cannot obtain initial elasticity, and the sealing ring may not necessarily adhere to the cylinder mirror. When the compressor compresses gas, high-pressure gas may leak from the gap between the sealing ring and the cylinder. |
